Terrell Owens- If you align expectations with reality, you will never be disappointed.

It’s good to have expectations, as a matter of fact, high expectations place a burden of self-discovery on the heart, they may lead you to discover your greatest potential and use that to escape the scary world of little things but while having high expectations, set them against the reality of what you are having at the moment, else you are only making a fanciful bubble that would double your trouble.
