A Resolution Is Not A Ritual, It’s A Commitment.

A resolution shouldn’t be a once in a year ritual, made at the beginning of a year and jettisoned before the end of the first month of the year. A resolution is a commitment, therefore, it should be made everyday. Make a daily commitment to stick to a daily routine that would keep you on the pre-defined path to your goal. Weed out every distration- negative habits or time wasters. Free the path of all inadvertently, self-induced pitfalls. Put your head down and plough ahead, so that when you eventually look up, your goal is right there where you can just reach up and take it.
