Quiet Thoughts Mend The Body.


It is natural that when we are in pains,

we complain to everybody; most who are genuinely not interested

in our plight, because they are carrying an overload of theirs,

well, they may keep quiet and sympathize because they want to be seen as civilized,

the truth is, this deceitful sympathy wouldn’t heal your wounds and mend your heart,

what would then? You! Close the door and get inside,

turn all your thoughts to yourself and nurse your body

with kind  and encouraging words, then pick up the pieces,

get outside there,

and take on the world by the gruff of the neck.
